Tips for Choosing a Provider
To see Provider Compliance Reports which shows how the provider performed during a state review.
- Navigate here.
- Click on Historical Compliance Reports
- Enter Provider Name (no need to fill out the other fields)
- Choose the provider in question and click “Apply”
- Click on the underlined date linking to the report
