Support for Agency and ICF Residential Providers impacted by COVID-19

Stipends to cover extraordinary expenses for homes affected by COVID-19: If services you provide in a home have been affected by a positive COVID-19 case (individuals served and/or staff members), you are eligible to receive a stipend of $4,000.00 per home. This is effective immediately and retroactively to August 19, 2021. To access this support, please submit this verification form (click here) to ProviderHelpDesk@butlerdd.org
Home delivered meals for individuals and staff during quarantine: Effective immediately, you can request home-delivered meals for individuals and the staff members supporting them during quarantine due to a positive COVID-19 case in the home. The board has entered into a contract with Community First Solutions to provide the meals.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for individuals and staff during quarantine: We can deliver a box of PPE to assist with reducing the spread of the virus among individuals and staff members supporting them during a quarantine situation.
Disinfecting services for homes after quarantine: The board has entered into a contract to provide disinfecting services for any home after the quarantine period is complete.
Activity kits to assist during quarantine: We can deliver activity kits to homes during quarantine so individuals and staff members have options while staying home.
