“SALT TALKS” – An Online Transition Series (School to Adult Life Transition Series (S.A.L.T.)) & SALT TEENS is a FREE monthly series developed to provide a learning opportunity, along with the resources and guidance, to families of children with disabilities TO HELP navigate the transition through school to adult life and beyond.
All meetings will be held online from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm
