We’re here to support you and your child
We will help you determine eligibility for your child and can assign an SSA. Your child may qualify for an Individualized Education Plan through their school, which spells out exactly what services the child is to receive. The IEP includes annual goals (both academic and functional) and benchmarks or short-term objectives. Your child’s SSA will connect you with valuable resources, answer questions, and give support based on yearly goals.
High school and transition-age (14 – 22)
We will determine eligibility for your child and can assign an SSA who will connect you with valuable resources, answer questions, and give support based on yearly personal goals. We’ll connect you with adult-transition resources, job opportunities, and more.
