SALT Talks – Can my Child Save for the Future?

SALT Talk is a monthly series that provides learning opportunities, along with resources and guidance, to families of children with disabilities so that they can successfully navigate the transition from school to adult life.

During this virtual session Logan Philipps, Principal, and Attorney at Resch, Root, Philipps & Graham, LLC, will discuss the details of the STABLE Account and Special Needs Trusts. Participants should come prepared to learn what a STABLE / ABLE Account is and how it’s different from a Special Needs Trust, setting up a STABLE Account, who is eligible, if a STABLE Account will affect your child’s benefits, and much more!

All are welcome to attend! CEUs have been approved for those with an SSA certification who attend the full session. If you requested CEUs, you should receive your certificate of completion approximately two weeks after the session. Please email your request to prtpattis@gmail.com.
