School to Adult Life Transition Resources

The School to Adult Life Transition Series was developed from a parent’s perspective and guidance to help families navigate a smooth transition through high school and into adult life.

The informational series, offered on a regular basis, brings families and students together to learn about such issues and topics as employment, recreation, leisure, transportation, social security, legal aid, guardianship, trusts, and much more.

The School to Adult Transition Series meetings are held on various Wednesdays at Janet Clemmons Center, located at 282 N. Fair Avenue in Hamilton, 6-7:30.
