The following listing represents individuals who currently provide for or have an interest in providing residential services for individuals in Butler County who qualify for waiver or supported living services.For a complete list of providers, visit the web site of the Ohio Department of DD at http://providersearch.dodd.ohio.gov/.
The listings include:
- The agency's name, contact person and contact information and the types of services provided.
- Every six months, the Butler County DD Quality Assurance Team tabulates satisfaction survey results and provides a summary concerning each provider’s performance from that period. These results are summarized, published and maintained on the Butler County DD website so that people receiving services and their families/guardians can access the results when they are seeking, or simply wanting more information about, service providers.Click here to see the survey page.
