Lifesaver USA is committed to providing excellent services and quality care to youth and adult individuals with positive life experiences, through improved housing conditions, job development and proposed curriculum training, to live in diverse communities as productive citizens. Lifesaver USA is a private corporate for profit provider agency which provides supports and services for individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities. The mission of Lifesaver USA is to improve self assurance of youth and adult DD individuals through independent supportive living.  Lifesaver USA aim is to give DD individuals positive directions that lead them to a safe place of normal functioning regardless of disabilities, race, religion and ethnicity.  To carry out this mission we intend to offer improved living conditions, educational awareness and employment opportunities for the individual. The agency has been serving individuals in Warren County for 5 years. Currently 4 individuals are served in Warren County. The agency also serves individuals from Hamilton County.

Services provided
Lifesaver USA currently serving four individuals in Warren County for IO Homemaker/Personal Care. The agency is accepting new referrals for IO Waiver (Homemaker/Personal Care), Level 1 Homemaker Homemaker/Personal Care

Experience
Lifesaver USA has experience providing services to children and adults with the following developmental disability: autism, hearing impairment, cerebral palsy, medically fragile, physical impairment and/or visual impairment.

Direct Service Staff Information
Standard requirements for all direct service staff include a background check, a nurse aid registry check and an abuser registry check. Staffs are given, on average, two in-service training hours per month. The supervision and support provided to direct service staff comes from Katie Sarpong Director of Adult Services, and Roslind Holmes Assistant Director of Adult Services. The pay offered employees is between $8.50 and $10.00 an hour. Employees are also offered health benefits, 401K plans, and paid vacation.

Certification
Lifesaver USA is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities as an Individual Options Waiver Services Provider, a Level 1Waiver provider, a Transportation provider for Supported Living.
