About the Agency
The mission of the for-profit corporation Inclusive Solutions is to assist persons with disabilities to attain the quality of life that they want for themselves. The agency believes that individuals should have as much control over their environment as possible and that it is their privilege to be asked to assist. Inclusive Solutions attempts to truly include the individual who receives services with the process. The agency has been serving individuals in Butler County for 11 years. Currently 86 individuals are served in Butler County. The agency also serves individuals from Hamilton, Miami, Montgomery, Ottawa, Paulding, Seneca and Warren Counties.

Services provided
Inclusive Solutions provides IO Waiver (Homemaker/Personal Care) services to 89 individuals living in Butler County. The agency also provides Level 1 Homemaker (Homemaker/Personal Care) services to 14 individuals, and provides Other Services to 173 individuals. Transportation is provided for 276 individuals. New referrals are being accepted for all of those services.

Experience
Inclusive Solutions has experience providing services to children and adults with the following mental retardation and/or developmental disability: autism, brain injury, hearing impairment, behavioral challenges, cerebral palsy, medically fragile, physical impairment and/or visual impairment.

Direct Service Staff Information
Inclusive Solutions requires all direct service staff to have a high school diploma or GED. Employees receive a 16-hour orientation and are given an average of 30 hours of in-service training a year. Employees that drive must be over 21 with a good driving record. They are covered by the agency's auto policy. The standard requirement for any employee is to successfully pass a background check, a nurse aid registry check, an an abuser registry check. The majority of staff working for Inclusive Solutions have been in the field three to five years. The pay offered employees is between $8.50 and $15.00 an hour. Employees are also offered health and dental insurance, 401K plans, and paid vacation.

Supervisory/Administrative Structure
Each site has a Lead Staff Person and a Program Manager assigned to the home. Those employees are in turn responsible to the Regional Director. There is also a Nurse for medical issues and a Certified Training Coordinator to assist the staff in maintaining their certifications. Program Managers have either a combination of education and two years of experience and has demonstrated a history of problem solving. Program Managers are responsible for assuring the quality of the services that are delivered. The average number of sites each management employee supervises is five. The average number of individuals served is between 15 and 20. The ratio of frontline supervisory staff to frontline staff is one to four. The average length of service for a management employee is 10 years.

Certification
Inclusive Solutions is CARF accredited and also certified as an individual options waiver provider, a level 1 waiver provider, and as a day habilitation provider.
