Requirements for staff: GED or equivalent, clean background check, one year experience with clients. Staff receive a hands-on training and probationary period. Staff drive and are required to have a valid driver's lisence, insurance and a reliable vehicle. Average in-service training hours per year is eight. Payrange is $10 an hour and health insurance and sick time are offered.
