Careminders Home Care is dedicated to providing safe, caring and understanding companionship, personal care and home support services to individuals of all ages regardless of their disabilities. The agency serves individuals in Butler, Clermont and Hamilton Counties.
Experience
Experience in providing services to adults with: hearing impairment, mental retardation, developmental disability, behavioral challenges, medically fragile, mental illness, physical impairment and visual impairment.
Direct Service Staff Information
Direct staff drive and have verified driver's licenses plus insurance coverage. Standard requirements for all direct care staff are to be 18 years of age and older, have a BCII background check, nurse aide registry check and an abuser registry check. Number of direct service staff is three. Staff length of service is up to one year, for 10 employees. The average turnover per year is 50. The pay range of staff is $9 as a starting salary; benefits are not offered.
Supervisory/Administrative Structure
Supervision is done every 14 days.

Supported Living Provider, Individual options waiver services provider, Level 1 waiver provider, and transportation provider for supported living.
