Satisfaction Survey
Every six months, the Butler County DD Quality Assurance Team tabulates satisfaction survey results and provides a summary concerning each provider’s performance from that period. These results are summarized, published and maintained on the Butler County DD website so that people receiving services and their families/guardians can access the results when they are seeking, or simply wanting more information about, service providers.Click here to see the survey page.
Best Practice Agreement
