Three Year Quality Enhancement Reports
Every three years, the Butler County Board of DD is mandated by the Ohio Department of DD to complete a Three Year Quality Enhancement Written Report on all individuals receiving waiver services and supported living services. The person receiving services and his/her guardian/family members are interviewed concerning satisfaction with the delivery of services, as well as health and safety concerns. Client and Guardian Satisfaction Survey
In 2008, the Butler County Board of DD sought to gain a broader understanding of levels of satisfaction with regards to the living conditions and interactions with staff members. The Applied Research Center at Miami University interviewed 187 consumers of various providers. A total of 223 guardians were also interviewed. Click here to see the survey results.
