The Board approves policies and contracts and the annual plan and budget of the agency.

Superintendent's Office
Christina Hurr, DD Superintendent, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency. She can be reached by calling her Administrative Assistant Sharon Sheets at (513) 867-5962 ext. 27.
Program Administrators
Dennis Burger, Program Services Administrator (513) 867-5962 ext. 15, oversees Service and Support Administration including Eligibility/Referral Services. He supervises services that administratively support DD consumers and families.
Tanya Coffey, Program Services Administrator (513) 867-5962 ext. 16, oversees the Adult Services division, including four facility-based day habilitation programs. In addition, she oversees the human resources functions of the board.
Debbie Gulley, Program Services Administrator (513) 867-5962 ext. 19, oversees the overall program development of services being provided by the DD Board. She also oversees Early Childhood and Ancillary Services, which include Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapies and Nursing Services.

Community Team members connect people to services in the community and within the agency and coordinate individual plans for consumers.

Eligibility and Referral
Sarah Rihm, Eligibility and Referral Team Leader, can be reached at (513) 867-5625. She coordinates the agency's Eligibility and Referral services. Those services are available through each Community Team.

Community Resources
Cathy Howell, Community Resources Coordinator, can be reached at (513) 420-2570 ext. 25. She is responsible for recruiting volunteers, accessing other community resources to meet individual needs through community teams and to assist family organized advocacy and friendship groups.
Connie Mehlman, Community Resource Program Coordinator, coordinates and oversees community resouces for the Adult Service division. This includes volunteerism, community employment retention, as well as recreational community trips. She can be reached at (513) 867-5923.

Behavior Support Services

Early Childhood Services
Gina Frankenfield, Educational Program Supervisor, is responsible for supervising the Early Intervention program and staff as well as the coordination and supervision of ancillary services that are provided across all agency programs. She can be reached at (513) 867-5960.

Business Office

Transportation and Facility Services
Ted McGuire, Supervisor of Transportation and Site Services, oversees all facility maintenance, custodial services, capital projects, mechanics and transportation contracts. He can be reached at (513) 867-5960 ext. 118.
Quality Assurance and Medicaid Services
Karen Whalen, Director of Quality Assurance and Medicaid Services, can be reached at (513) 867-5671. Her department is responsible for the compliance and monitoring of Medicaid funding services for community living and adult day programs. She also reviews customer satisfaction and program service quality reports, and responds to reports of abuse, neglect or other unusual incidents.
Provider Relations
Robin Thomas and Heida Powers, Provider Relations Coordinators, can be reached at (513) 867-5602 or (513) 867-5618. They are responsible for supporting individuals and agencies interested in providing Supported Living and Waiver services in Butler County and assisting individuals and agencies in securing certifications for Supported Living and Waiver services.
