The Board
The Butler County Board of DD includes:

The Board approves policies and contracts and the annual plan and budget of the agency.

Superintendent's Office
Lisa Guliano, DD Superintendent, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency. She can be reached by calling her Administrative Assistant Sharon Sheets at (513) 785-2816.
Program Administrators
Tanya Coffey, SSA Director (513) 785-2803, oversees Service and Support Administration including Eligibility/Referral Services. She supervises services that administratively support DD consumers and families.
Debbie Gulley, Program Services Director (513) 785-2808, oversees the overall program development of services being provided by the DD Board. She also oversees Early Childhood and Ancillary Services, which include Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapies and Nursing Services.

Community Team members connect people to services in the community and within the agency and coordinate individual plans for consumers.

Eligibility and Referral
David Delgado, Eligibility and Referral Coordinator, can be reached at (513) 785-4233. He coordinates the agency's Eligibility and Referral services. Those services are available through each Community Team.
Community Relations
Wendy Planicka, Community Relations Coordinator, can be reached at (513) 785-2814. She is responsible for the agency's newsletters, web site and for offering information to the media, general public, public speaking, advertising and press releases.
Connie Mehlman, Community Outreach Coordinator, coordinates and oversees community resouces for the Adult Service division. This includes volunteerism, community employment retention, as well as recreational community trips. She can be reached at (513) 785-2881.
Scott Osterfeld, Community Outreach Coordinator, can be reached at (513) 785-2813. He is responsible for community education and recruitment of volunteers, accessing community resources to meet individual needs through community teams and assisting family-organized advocacy and friendship groups.

Business Office
Rick Black, Chief Financial Officer, leads this department which incorporates accounting, payroll, human resources, budgeting, financial projections, competitive bidding, Medicaid billing, data processing, transportation and facility services. He can be reached at (513) 785-4653.
Office of Incident Review & Medicaid Services
Leia Snyder, Supervisor of Incident Review & Quality Assurance, can be reached at (513) 785-4677. Her department responds to reports of abuse, neglect or other unusual incidents and is responsible for the compliance of Supported Living providers. Her department also provides support to new and existing providers and completes customer satisfaction and program service quality reports.
Investigative Agents conduct reviews of all reports of abuse, neglect or major unusual incidents.

Provider Relations
Robin Thomas Provider Relations Coordinator, can be reached at (513) 785-4679. She is responsible for supporting individuals and agencies interested in providing Supported Living and Waiver services in Butler County and assisting individuals and agencies in securing certifications for Supported Living and Waiver services.
